In the works: A hotel and BPO buildings at Abreeza

Currently in the works are a boutique hotel and 2 BPO buildings within Abreeza mall.

After the launching of the Abreeza mall on May 12, two other BPO buildings are in the works, which will house a major call center base from Manila, in the league with Davao's current Big 3 (Sutherland, Concentrix and Cybercity). There is also a Boutique Hotel which is 12 floors high and a residential tower with 31 floors. The tower will reportedly have 370 apartment studios.
